About the role

As Business Development Manager you will build relationships with great businesses, build product awareness and drive growth across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be driven to create and execute exceptional customer experiences. You will become an expert in waste and recycling and work alongside our London-based team to continually improve our ability to deliver above and beyond our customers' expectations.

You will:

  • Attract - engage with businesses and understand their goals and provide clarity on the outcomes of working with us
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Grow and nurture reseller relationships across the UK
  • Build connections across our industry
  • Be based in or around London

We’re after:

  • Experience in account-based B2B sales and sound commercial acumen
  • Ability to operate within a clearly defined sales process
  • Strong skills in both strategic thinking and sales execution
  • An interest in sustainability and design
  • A growth mindset
  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic environment

As an action-orientated sales professional with high levels of determination and tenacity, you will be self-motivated to deliver beyond expectations. You will have the grit to achieve our goals, as well as, ensure authenticity throughout the sales journey so that our customers feel cared for.
