London: Customer Operations Co-ordinator - Inbound Sales

We’re now looking for a talented Customer Operations Co-ordinator to provide fantastic support to our Sales Team.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Customer Operations Co-ordinator, you will deliver sales operations excellence, providing amazing support to our awesome Sales Team and customers.

You will become a Method expert, taking ownership, knowing our products and our company inside out.

Delivering happy customer experiences, you will:

  • Ensure that all quotes and sales orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered successfully
  • Answer customer enquiries promptly and professionally through all used channels
  • Co-ordinate custom signage and graphics requirements between sales, suppliers, installers and customers
  • Organise day to day inventory logistics requirements
  • Assist with local supplier onboarding and quality control
  • Help the Accounts team with new customer set ups, invoicing and chasing payments

What Will I Need to Be Considered?

To progress as a Customer Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll need:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service, contact centre, or office administration environment
  • Prior exposure to preparing quotes and sales orders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You’ll also need to be great with tech, switched on to the needs of a growing business and have grit and the ability to keep focused in a rapidly evolving role.

You may have previously worked as a Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Rep, Administrator, Office Administrator, Contact Centre Agent, or Customer Care Advisor.

Other organisations may call this role Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Support Co-ordinator, Service Operations Co-ordinator, Sales Administrator, or Sales Team Administrator.
